The board of Everton have stated today that Nolberto Solano is to remain at the club for 2 seasons more. Some had assumed that Solano would be leaving at the end of his current contract, but the manager and board have now renewed their commitment to the player. Despite his home country being distant Peru, the 35 year old player claims he really loves being at Everton and is extremely pleased that he is staying put.
